PLEASE NOTE: To ensure your transfer is easily verified when received and to guarantee you receive proper credit on your charitable receipt, please follow the instructions below.
If we cannot verify the donor of a stock or mutual fund transfer after six months, the proceeds will be deposited to The University of Alabama General Scholarship Endowment.

To ensure proper gift credit and acknowledgment, email Hannah Blanchard the following information:

Instructions on how to make a gift of mutual funds
PLEASE NOTE: Mutual Funds take much longer to process than a typical DTC stock transfer. It is a manual process that can take up to eight weeks. If you plan to make an end-of-year gift, we recommend beginning the process on Nov. 1.
