The University of Alabama has transitioned to limited business operations in an effort to do our part in promoting social distancing and reducing the spread of COVID-19. Academic courses for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester will be taught remotely, large events have been postponed or canceled and residence halls and Greek houses are not open for student access for the remainder of the semester. The University is assisting our students and faculty as they utilize online technology to complete their course work.

Many faculty and staff members, including those in the Division of Advancement, are working remotely but remain available by phone and email. Please do not hesitate to connect with us if we can be of assistance to you. A staff directory for the Advancement Division can be found here.

As we work to support the students and families who face unique uncertainties due to this public health crisis, many have inquired about how they can help. If you are in a position to do so, we ask that you consider supporting the Tide Together Student Support Fund. This fund will play an important role in addressing the needs of our students in the days ahead as they require assistance with housing, technology, travel and other necessities. Your gift to the Tide Together Student Support Fund will make a difference at this critical time.

We look forward to the eventual return of students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and supporters to our beautiful campus. With your help and support, UA will continue to make legendary impacts on our state, nation and the world.

During the University’s limited business operations, all online Admissions resources remain in place so that anyone may apply for admission or visit us virtually via a 360-degree online tour until our in-person campus tours resume. Stay up-to-date with the University’s pandemic planning and response at healthinfo.ua.edu, and thank you for your continued support of The University of Alabama.
